I was tasked with designing a logo for Justin Jefferson, a standout athlete known for his speed and electrifying play on the field. His nickname, “Jettas,” was a key element, and the goal was to create a logo that truly captured his dynamic energy and personal identity.

DESIGN DIRECTION

I began by studying jet silhouettes, searching for one that could match his speed and style. After experimenting with rough sketches, I landed on a sleek, abstract jet design, emphasizing sharp edges and speed. However, it still lacked a personal touch. That’s when I saw it—two mirrored J’s hidden in the negative space of the wings. This subtle detail brought the logo to life, representing Justin Jefferson front and center.
